Following a health and safety audit Black Sheep Compliance were asked to complete a review of a Legionella risk assessment on site before designing and implementing a management program.

This site included a paper mill with the utilisation of water as part of the process. The system was assessed line with the relevant HSE and papermill manufacturing guidelines before the complex schematic diagram and assessment report was presented to the customer. As part of the assessment we included the analysis of various Legionella water samples to confirm the effectiveness of the sites current control regime.

The final Legionella risk assessment findings were presented via an on site meeting with the customer ensuring all details within the report were clearly communicated. Following the assessment we were asked to project manage various remedial actions ensuring the works were completed in line with the risk assessment and HSE guidelines.
